Strategic Partnership Senior Associate / West & Northern Africa
Lena is an experienced humanitarian worker. She has worked in multiple contextes, from humanitarian settings to more development-oriented work environment. She has developped significant experiences working in Africa, Asia and the Middle-East in the past years, which has given her a good understanding of the diverse cultural and dynamic priorities in these regions.
Through those different experiences, Lena has worked to improve localization strategies and develop equitable partnerships between humanitarian organisations. She believes in open access to information, the development of joint strategies, and fair and equitable response between local and international actors. Lena is also interested in the evolution of humanitarian response and the integration of tech and AI to create more accurate and adapted actions.
