Shazmane Mandjee Rehamtula

Portfolio and Programs Manager

Shazmane is the Portfolio and Programs Manager at HOT, where she works on overseeing strategic planning, program delivery, and cross-initiative coordination to drive impactful, outcome-focused work.

With a background in geography, GIS, and humanitarian mapping, Shazmane has worked across diverse contexts in Africa, Central Asia and the Caribbean, collaborating with communities, civil society organizations, and public institutions to advance data-driven decision-making and resilience.

She is particularly interested in open geospatial data, climate action, and capacity strengthening, and believe in inclusive, community-led approaches as a foundation for sustainable and equitable outcomes.
