Aissatou Sow

Aissatou is a native of Saint-Louis, Senegal, and is currently based in Dakar. She is deeply committed to volunteering and is an active member of the Senegalese Association for Solidarity with the Elderly, where she regularly supports initiatives such as blood donation campaigns to assist elderly people in need. She has also advocated for improved access to education for girls and young people through the African Forum for Women Empowerment, of which she is an alumna.
Aissatou has extensive experience in operations and logistics and has managed administrative and human resources functions for international agencies and non-governmental organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is an enthusiastic mapper, using platforms such as Mapillary and the HOT Tasking Manager. Her interests include reading, continuous learning, particularly on time management and productivity, traveling, and, above all, organizing activities that foster staff engagement and team cohesion.
